An extreme Heat advisory has been issued for the Northern Virginia area. Conditions exist to produce some of the strongest fastpitch talent in this region.

Heat is a competitive fastpitch program that develops and advances player capability to compete at the highest level with the skills necessary to excel through high school, college, and beyond. Our focus is on building a proper framework of skills, character, self-esteem, confidence, and sportsmanship in each athlete with focused consistent coaching and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

In addition to being passionate about softball, most Heat players have other passions. Heat supports balance between softball and other activities. Though uncommon, this diversity and flexibility is one of our strengths.

Heat includes teams at 18U, 16U, and 14U. Practices are scheduled most evenings at McLean High School, 1633 Davidson Road, McLean, VA 22101. For more information, contact the age group coach or:
